LOcation
Big Spring Farm is only 6 miles from the town of Lexington, VA and is convenient to dining, shopping, breweries, and wineries, all in a 10 mile radius from the farm.
Property Overview
Capacity
The climate-controlled barn can seat up to 250 people with just chairs and and up to 150 people seated at round tables. It's also perfect for smaller, more intimate gatherings.
Travel
The farm is located less than one hour from Roanoke airport, 1.5 hours from the Charlottesville airport and 5 miles from the I-81 corridor. Just 2.5 hours drive from Washington DC, 1 hour from Charlottesville, and 2 hours from Richmond.
Amenities
Big Spring Farm has excellent cellphone reception, handicap accessible bathrooms, event coordinating services, an extensive event inventory, PA and AV equipment, and access to complimentary on-farm activities like hikes, bonfires, canoeing, and fishing.
Lodging
There are two rental properties located on-farm. One house that sleeps 10 and a cottage that sleeps 4.

Food & Beverage
Chose from one of our amazing catering teams to meet all of your food and beverage needs. Anything from an al fresco dinner with bar service, to boxed or buffet style meals, to continental breakfast and snacks, we've got you covered. We'll be sure your whole crew is well fed.
